Pradatec is able to offer all the services foreseen by the PED Directive 2014/68 / EU, including assistance for the identification of the most suitable procedures in order to fulfill the directive itself.
In particular, Pradatec is able to develop the technical book related to a single piece of equipment, or a set of equipment, to obtain its certification, which includes:
- categorization with identification of the PED module for equipments, pipes or assemblies
- overpressure analysis with specific identification of the safety devices
- safety device sizing
- risk analysis
- collection of supporting technical documentation
- system / equipment diagram
Pradatec also provides support for contacts with the third-party certification body.
Our company can support the client in fulfilling some of the problems in the management of pressure equipment for Italian legislation (D.M. 329/04).
Pradatec helps to identify the types of mandatory checks to which the equipment is subject (and the serial exclusions of Ministerial Decree 329/04) assesses problems and possible deficiencies in plant documentation (lack of diagrams, lack of declarations of conformity on equipment, etc.) and training gaps.
Pradatec performs the PED risk categorization in order to establish the entity of the recurring audit, this is necessary in order to comply with the regulations that also include equipment built before 05/29/2002.
Our company is accredited on the INAIL CIVA portal and therefore, with appropriate power of attorney, is able to operate on behalf of the customer in relation to the administrative and technical management of pressure equipment and manage interactions with the certification body.
Pradatec also provides support for contacts with INAIL or certification body.
In this way, Pradatec is able to offer complete support by providing a detailed schedule that allows you to stay on top of deadlines for recurring audit, calibrations and any work to be performed.
Pradatec offers the customer competent support to ensure compliance with the ATEX Directives. We support the project in the classification of equipment according to classification requirements established by Directive 2014/34 / EU, by the EN standards, and by any categorization requested by the client.
In some cases, there is the possibility of implementing a project with a safety study, in fact some projects need to evaluate the consequences of a possible fire or an accidental release of vapors of flammable substances that can lead to an accident (explosion).
The purpose is to verify the adequacy of the protection devices of the whole project and to define any blow-down systems and hydraulic guards or scrubber systems.
Pradatec is able to offer the Qualification Planning (IQ / OQ) and the execution of the design qualification.
We offer risk and operability studies (HAZOP type).
Our company also offers technical consultancy services in the context of civil proceedings or legal disputes.
